About This Service
We provide a variety of documents obtainment and preparation services from official institutions of the State of Israel.
These documents are often required during immigration process by the foreign immigration authorities, and we see a constantly increasing demand for them:
- Documents from the Israeli Ministry of Interior — all kind of civil status documents, these include birth certificates, death certificates, extracts from the immigration and population authority, citizenship confirmation certificate
- Documents from the Ministry of Religions – Israel is a religious country, that has no civil marriages (although they are acknowledged). Hence, all marriage certificates are obtained in the Ministry of Religions.
- Documents from the Israeli Courts system – Civil marriage nulling process is held in the Israeli family-related matters court. Hence, when a divorce document is required, we usually request it either in the Israeli court itself, or the Israeli courts archive in Jerusalem.
- Criminal record certificates from the Israeli police – the criminal record certificate is ordered in any police department, later, it is prepared in the general data center of the Israeli police in Jerusalem. Lastly, the document is transferred, physically to the embassy or consulate of the country of application. The document is received by the client at the diplomatic body.
- Documents from the Ministry of Education – high-school diplomas, professional education documents, higher-education diplomas – we obtain them all.
- Documents from the Israeli Tax Authority – often, when applying to sensitive work abroad, or opening a business, a document assuring abscise of debts in the country of origin is required. In Israel, there's no such official documents, hence we first obtain a printout from the Israeli tax-authority and the social insurance agency (bithach-leumi), and then, on these grounds, we provide an auditor's expertise, attesting the absence of debts.
Additionally, we provide apostille and legislation services for documents obtained and prepared in Israel (subject to specific instructions).
