About This Service
Immigration to Israel is based on two main laws:
- The Law of Return (1950)
- The Citizenship Law (1952)
The laws regulate the immigration matter to Israel. While the Law of Return is based on the blood grounds principle (up to 3rd generation of Jews), the Citizenship Law regulates all other methods of citizenship acquiring.
We, in C100P Limited, assist our clients in following activities:
- Examining Jewish roots, and grounds for Alliyah (immigration on blood-grounds)
- If necessary, obtain additional documents, proving roots, to establish stronger grounds and proof of roots
- Counsil the clients upon the process of obtaining the Alliyah visa
- Accompany the client through the immigration process in Israel – the ministry of integration, ministry of interior and immigration office, medical insurance institution, banks
Additionally, we provide a big variety of documents obtainment and preparation for those, who immigrate via the tracks provided by the Law of Citizenship.
